Academic Calendar - Spring 2006

To import the University of Connecticut Academic Calendar for spring 2006 into your Outlook\Exchange calendar, you must first download the file, and then import it into Outlook.

Downloading the file

1. Right click on the link below:
1. academiccalendar.ics
2. Choose Save and save the file on your Desktop

Importing the Academic Calendar

Open Outlook and follow the steps below:

1. Click on the File menu
2. Choose Import and Export…
3. Choose Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs) , then click Next
4. Choose the academiccalendar.ics file on your Desktop , then click OK

Below are the Macintosh Instructions to download and import the University of Connecticut Academic Calendar for spring 2006:

To import into Entourage:

1. Download the file to your Desktop
2. Rename the file to academiccalendar.ics by clicking once on the file and pressing Return on your keyboard
3. Drag the academiccalendar.ics file to the Entourage icon on the Doc or your Desktop
4. Close the "Spring Semester Begins" Appointment
